For emergency phone calls (active water damage, fire, storm), we aim to be on-site within hours. For form inquiries and emails, we respond within one business day. If you’ve got a tight timeline (auction, insurance deadline, settlement date), say so up front and we’ll work to it.-in odours, deep staining, accumulated residue, post-event contamination. We’re a restoration company that does specialist cleaning where the situation calls for it. If your property just needs a clean, we’d genuinely recommend a regular cleaner — they’re cheaper and it’s the right tool. If the situation needs more than that, give us a call.

No — all initial quotes are free and obligation-free. For pre-purchase inspections, that quote includes the cost of the inspection itself, which is a fixed fee. Everything else is quoted based on the assessment.
